Listing Guidelines

By submitting a league listing to SoccerLeagues.net ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Submitter," "League Operator," or "you") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Listing Guidelines ("Guidelines"), our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Guidelines constitute a binding legal agreement between you and SoccerLeagues.net. If you do not agree to these Guidelines in their entirety, you must not submit, claim, or manage any listing on the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Guidelines at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Guidelines.

Only legitimate, actively operating soccer leagues or programs may be submitted. You represent and warrant that: (a) you are authorized to submit and manage the listing on behalf of the league; (b) all information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading; (c) the league is a real, operating organization and not fictitious, inactive, or fraudulent; and (d) you are at least 18 years of age.

Each listing must include a valid league name, operating city and state, and at least one accurate contact method. Submissions that omit required fields or contain placeholder, test, or nonsensical data will be rejected or removed without notice.

Duplicate submissions for the same league are prohibited. Submitting multiple listings for the same organization in an attempt to gain additional visibility constitutes abuse and may result in permanent removal of all associated listings.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and currency of all information in your listing at all times. SoccerLeagues.net does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any listing content.

You agree to promptly update your listing whenever material information changes, including but not limited to: contact information, league status, location, schedule, fees, age groups, or format. Listings that become materially inaccurate and are not corrected within a reasonable time following notice from us may be removed.

SoccerLeagues.net expressly disclaims all liability for any loss, harm, or inconvenience suffered by any person as a result of relying on inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete listing information. The Submitter bears full responsibility for any such harm.

The following content and conduct are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate removal and potential legal action:

(a) False, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent information of any kind; (b) content that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, or trade dress; (c) content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, or otherwise unlawful; (d) unsolicited commercial messages, spam, or promotional content unrelated to the league's legitimate operations; (e) content designed to manipulate search rankings, including keyword stuffing, cloaking, or other deceptive SEO practices; (f) listings for organizations that discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law; (g) any attempt to impersonate another league, organization, or individual; and (h) any content that violates applicable federal, state, or local law.

SoccerLeagues.net does not collect or maintain player-level information. Do not post names, photos, contact information, birth dates, addresses, or other personally identifying information about minors. All league listings, schedules, scores, standings, and announcements must remain at the league, division, and team level only.

By submitting a listing, you grant SoccerLeagues.net a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt the submitted content (including league name, description, logos, and other materials) for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to grant the foregoing license, and that the submitted content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

SoccerLeagues.net retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including all software, design, trademarks, and compilation of listing data. Nothing in these Guidelines transfers any ownership rights to you.

SoccerLeagues.net reserves the absolute right, in its sole and unfettered discretion, to review, approve, reject, edit, suspend, or permanently remove any listing at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you or any third party.

Grounds for removal include, without limitation: violation of these Guidelines or our Terms of Use; receipt of credible complaints from third parties; inaccuracy or staleness of listing content; suspected fraudulent or abusive activity; or any other reason we deem appropriate in our sole judgment.

We are under no obligation to provide reasons for any moderation decision. Removal of a listing does not entitle you to any refund, compensation, or other remedy. Repeated violations may result in permanent suspension of your account and all associated listings.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL LISTING SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SOCCERLEAGUES.NET EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY LISTING CONTENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOCCERLEAGUES.NET AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY LISTING, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SoccerLeagues.net and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your listing content; (b) your breach of these Guidelines or our Terms of Use; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (d) any claim that your listing content caused harm to a third party.

These Guidelines shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Guidelines or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against SoccerLeagues.net.
